MW grows in Shanghai!

Our studio in China recently moved to its new location in Shanghai and we are picking up steam there with some exciting projects in the works. To help us to design and deliver our growing list of projects we have strengthened our team with three new talents!

Yunxin Du is a landscape architect that graduated from Nanjing Forestry University and the University of Washington. She has gained professional experience working in the field of landscape architecture and urban design in offices in China and Denmark. Being a passionate explorer of new ways of designing public realms and placemaking, she took part in competitions seeking possibilities to establish more pleasant and sustainable built environments.

Qilin He is a Shanghai-based urban planner and landscape architect who graduated from Southwest University in Chongqing and Beijing Forestry University. Still being a student, he won the Beijing Public Space Urban Design Competition and the BFU International Garden making Festival. He developed his professional career in Beijing and Shanghai offices, participating in projects of different scales - from small scale landscape designs to large scale urban design.

Jialin Wu is currently having a gap year from her Landscape Architecture Master that she does at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is getting her professional skills developed at Mandaworks! Being keen on both philosophy and sports, in her works she seeks tools for body interaction and intellectual transformation in landscape design. She enjoys remaking clothes and hand crafting models.

Welcome to the team!
