Project Description:
A vision that reconnects the city center with its surroundings by extending and reimagining the historic grid. Prolonged streets, set-back buildings, and generous public spaces—including plazas, squares, and green pocket parks—create a seamless transition and a distinct sense of place. The plan fosters architectural diversity and enables flexible, future-ready development by introducing varied plot sizes. After years of disconnection due to modern infrastructure and large-scale projects, this new design restores the urban link and sets the stage for a vibrant, integrated neighborhood.
